Hoyop-hoyopan Cave, Albay

I guess its about time to write something new in this blog of mine. It's been a while since the last time i took a well-deserved vacation so here it is.

Few weeks ago, me and my mom took another "its more fun in the philippines" vacation. This time we've decided to visit Albay Philippines. We don't like having a tour package because of some reasons so I personally researched and planned the places we visited. For our first stop, let me bring you to the beautiful Hoyop-hoyopan Cave in Camalig, Albay. Going there is a challenged, its a little bit far from the city so what I did, we rented a tricycle that could bring us to the cave and bring us back to the city. We arrived around 2:00 in the afternoon and no one is visiting the cave and I guess its a good thing since we can take pictures wherever we want without a photobomber. We paid the entrance fee of 300 pesos (group of 4, regardless if your alone, or two or three you still have to pay 300) and that includes a tour guide inside the cave.

This was actually my first time to go inside a cave and im soooo excited. The tour guide was very nice, aside from explaining to us the history he also offered to be our photographer. If your the type of person who loves cave, then i guess you must visit Hoyop-hoyopan cave. ;)

looks like a folding fingers ...

looks like a snakes head as what the tour guide said ....

,,Moses..

... closer look of the folded fingers...

... skull..

A must see tourist spot in Albay. The tour guide said that tourists usually go there during morning, so lucky for us we chose to visit the cave in the afternoon, we didn't have to wait for our turn to go inside. ;)

 mmg...
